Terms & Conditions

By placing an order the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions:


“The Seller” refers to B.E.P. Gifts, 10 Walton Heath Road , Walton, Warrington , Cheshire , WA4 6HZ.

“The Buyer” refers to the person(s), individual(s), firm, company or other organisation purchasing Goods or Services from the Seller.

“Contract” means the agreement(s) between the Seller and the Buyer for the purchase of the products and incorporating these terms and conditions and any other conditions contained in the Order.

“Artwork” refers to logos, designs and images of respective Buyers

“Products” means the Goods and Services supplied to the Buyer by the Seller

“Order” means the purchase order containing details relating to the Products and the Contract


For first time Buyers payment must be made on or before confirmation of Order.

Other Buyers must make payments within 30 days of receipt of Products.

Payment outside of our 30 day terms could result in a 10% late payment interest charge being levied.

Preferred payment is by BACS, account details on all invoices.

Payment may also be received by cheque in the post.

All products remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received from the Buyer.


Quotations are exclusive of VAT and are valid for a period of 30 Days from the date given unless otherwise stated.  Quotations are give by the Seller free of charge with no obligation for the Buyer to confirm an order.  The Quotation does not constitute a contract.


All Quotations and Product listings are given in good faith on the provision that all Products are subject to availability.


All orders must be confirmed in writing, by either fax, email or letter.  Confirmation of an order by the Seller and the Buyer constitutes a contract.  With bespoke products, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.


Orders must be cancelled in writing, by either fax, email or letter. Cancellation of an order can result in an administration charge of 14% being invoiced to the Buyer,  for work/service and stock allocations carried out pending artwork approval. Orders must be cancelled prior to artwork approval if not an order is classed as confirmed due to personalisation.


Orders requiring artwork are subject to formal Artwork approval by the Buyer.  Once Artwork has been approved by the Buyer the Seller will ensure the approved Artwork will appear on Products as appropriate.  The Buyer is responsible for ensuring Artwork is correct.  Artwork must be approved in writing by Fax, Letter or Email.  Once the Artwork is approved by the Buyer, the Seller takes no responsibility for inconsistencies with the Buyer’s Artwork requirements unless the Artwork on the Product differs from that approved Artwork.  All Artwork must be approved before orders can be processed to final production.


All logos, Designs and artwork supplied by the Buyer remain the Buyer’s respective property.  The Buyer indemnifies the Seller with respect to use and reproduction of logos and artwork supplied to the Seller for printing onto Products and Goods.  All service names and Logos and Designs shown on Websites and Literature belonging to the Seller remain the property of the Seller


Whilst we retain the right to establish any hypertext links* between our Website and any third party website at our discretion, you agree that you will not create any hypertext links or deep links** between this site and any third party site without our express written consent.

If you choose to use such a link then you will leave our Website. Once you leave our website, whether or not you realise that you are leaving, we are no longer in anyway responsible for the material on the other website that you enter. We exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability that may arise in connection with or as a result of such external website material causing any damage, costs, injury of financial loss of any kind.


Delivery Charges and Times vary according to quantity and location.  Import Duties are the responsibility of the Buyer and will be added to the cost of delivery.

Delivered quantities may vary + or – 10% and will be charged accordingly.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inform the Seller of undelivered or damaged items within 3 days of the delivery date.


Where samples are chargeable, the Buyer will be informed of costs prior to despatch of the Products.  The provision of samples free of charge is usually dependant on the cost involved.  Free samples are provided purely at the discretion of the Seller.  Where possible, samples will be provided on loan subject to return in original undamaged condition within 21 says of despatch date. Failure to do this will result in the Products being invoiced to the buyer.


The Seller takes full responsibility for Products arriving with the Buyer undamaged.  The Seller takes responsibility for the completion of confirmed orders as agreed in the written order confirmation.  If Orders arrive damaged or differ from the agreed order confirmation the Buyer must notify the Seller within 3 days.  Any customised or bespoke items are non returnable other than for reasons of product fault.


All prices given on www.bepgifts.co.uk are generally exclusive of VAT which is payable at standard rate.  Costs may vary depending on quantity ordered and amount of colours in prints.  All prices are offered subject to availability.


All images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, however exact colours may vary due to individual screen/monitor settings and printer capabilities.  The Seller takes no responsibility for such discrepancies.


The content of www.bepgifts.co.uk  remain the property of the Seller and are protected by the Copyright Law.  Copying information from the above website is forbidden unless prior permission is granted by the Seller.


Organisations’ logos appearing on the Seller’s websites or literature do not necessarily constitute endorsement by that respective company or organisation.


The Seller is not liable for the effectiveness of Products or Services purchased in increasing or decreasing turnover, sales revenue or profitability of the Buyer


These terms and conditions and any Contract between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the Laws of England.
